Tropical Restoration Services is NOT a public adjuster, however we have vast experience working with insurance companies and may be of assistance in determining whether a claim should be filed or not.
After you’ve submitted a claim to your insurance company, an adjuster will be assigned to your claim. You should receive a phone call, letter, or email from your assigned adjuster introducing him/herself and informing you of the general process of your homeowner’s insurance company.
Next, the adjuster will review your policy and deductibles required. S/he will then evaluate the type and extent of damage sustained.
If a claim is deemed necessary, a Tropical Restoration Services representative will be happy to begin loss prevention for you immediately and take all the needed documentation & pictures for your insurance company.
After our thorough investigation of your property and you determine to make an insurance claim, Tropical Restoration Services will not charge you if your insurance carrier denies the claim.
